Being the strong pillar of D.S Momaya & Co she makes sure all teams and employees work efficiently. Under the guidance and help of her, the firm has reached surmountable heights. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Commerce, Ms. Divya Momaya is a founder mentor of DSMCO and possesses more than 19 years of experience out of which 14 years as Practicing Company Secretary. Her Expertise include Corporate and Secretarial Laws, Corporate Governance, Business Development, Startups, MSME's Mentoring and Consulting businesses to Scale up Faster and better.

Divya Momaya is also empaneled as a faculty with Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (MCED), Founder of MentorMyBoard. She is Mentor to various startups, She has won multiple awards and accolades most recently for "Women Power in Legal and Compliance" at Women Power Summit & Awards, 2021. She is also an Independent Director on the Board of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited, Arihant Superstructures Limited and GTPL Hathway Limited.

As a woman she motivates other women entrepreneur through seminars on women empowerment and Board Leadership. She also is avid speaker on sensitive areas like POSH which protects the rights of women at work place. She is the voice for today's women.

Ms. Divya is an eminent advisor on the Companies Act, Securities Laws, SEBI Guidelines, Economic and Business, Corporate Restructuring and allied Laws. She is expert in drafting corporate agreements and petitions. She regularly appears before NCLT, ROC, RD, SAT, RBI and other authorities.

Pooja (Gupta) Singhal, a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience, is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a certified trainer in the prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace (POSH). She specializes in diverse areas such as business setup, capital structuring, FDI, legal due diligence, and corporate governance, having worked with over 200 companies across various sectors. Pooja is also an empanelled external member of Internal Committees and a corporate trainer for the implementation of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.
